Hi all… Ange here from Buzzing with Ange stepping in for Te-ge while she is still recovering from a bad dose of the flu. We wish you a speedy recovery Te and hope that you will be back posting very soon.

Today, I wanted to talk about and show you how to use Clipmarks. I came across this cool bookmarking tool, or actually, it is a text, graphics and/or video saving tool enabling you to create a ClipCast. With a ClipCast you can instantly share things you find on the web with your friends on Facebook, MySpace, iGoogle, Netvibes, your blog or anywhere! Once you have clipped it, add a title and tags so other clippers may be able to find them.

We all know that Firefox has many funky add-ons and once installed, this one nests nicely in your toolbar for ease of use. Here is a short video showing you how to clip an article or graphic.

When setting up Clipmarks, it also has the capability to bookmark into your del.icio.us and ma.gnolia profiles! This saves you time and it’s all done with the click of a button.

Like all social networking sites, adding friends is simple. You can also pop (which means to vote) and save others clipmarks and comment on them too. Here is a screenshot of a ClipCast view and you can also see my clippers who are people I am following and following me:

All in all, I find this tool very useful for it’s simplicity and time saving techniques. Hope you enjoy using it too and if you already are a Clipmarks user, what are your views on it?
